"The High Performance Routines framework is simple but so effective - I think you could see it really resonated with the team, especially the practical takeaways.
Thank you"

High Performance Routines in action
“The knowledge and insights really helped people take control - and this was a contributor to our ability to grow the organisation 20- fold in 4 years”
"The High Performance Routines concept changed my life. For a very long time I was working on the flat line. HPRs turned my world upside down and helped me to build a better routine. This changed the way I moved through my entire day. When things get stressful and I start to feel burnout I always return to this methodology and am reset in a way that better serves my work and my personal life."
“The HPR concept has allowed the team to identify and implement marginal gains in individual performance to aid recovery and improve performance through the season.
The project has been taken up enthusiastically by those involved and the results are clear. The team performs better as a result.”
"Rob's webinar was engaging and fun. He shared very practical tips that people could easily implement in their daily lives. And he helped everyone think clearly about the four stages of peak performance, honestly evaluating how they measure up.
We got great feedback from the participants."
“The High-performance routines concept has been very impactful to me; my team and my family. The concept really enabled me to develop myself to a better manager and leader. I could implement lots of the routines at an individual (professional and private) and team level. This shows up by increased individual and team performance, less felt overload and better wellbeing across every individual and as a team”
"We have been working with Dr Rob Archer for many years now. As a fast paced, entrepreneurial company, we understand that creating a high-performance culture comes from supporting our employees. Rob has played a key role in helping our employees to understand the importance of High Performance Routines and how best to manage energy levels in the day"
“The first word that comes to mind is wow!
To see such a thought provoking program developed by Rob, I was absolutely inspired!"
"Building start-ups is an elite sport and to be able to do that you need a high-performance routine!
You might be able to do something in the short term, but if you want to build companies for the long term you cannot do it without the High-Performance Routine."
"I just wanted to say thank you for such an excellent session today. It was a really useful and positive session and there were lots of practical take aways.
I have attended lots of talks by external speakers to Macfarlanes and I have not yet seen anyone ‘get us’ quite as well."
“Sometimes beginning the day can feel overwhelming. I took the HPR assessment and It showed me where I could improve. So I became more intentional with implementing some of my healthy practices earlier on the day.
This has significantly improved my energy levels”
"The team loved the practical emphasis of the session and in particular the focus on ‘marginal gains’ felt like there are things we can do that can make a real difference.
Brilliant session, thank you.”
"Was a fantastic session - I think everyone took away a lot to work with, I definitely did.
Also, perhaps some of the highest engagement we’ve had in a firm wide session…"

Why do we need a High Performance Routine?
For 99.9% of our existence, humans lived and worked in a routine – active in the day and resting at night - our routines were powerfully shaped by the natural environment.
Fast forward to today and everything has changed.
We have become disconnected from these daily rhythms, and from each other.
Many of us work continuously, we often don’t see enough daylight, and too much light at night.
We are pinned to our desks, and dangerously sedentary.
Through no fault of our own, many of us have fallen into routines which we did not consciously design and which do not serve us.
We are distracted and exhausted.
However, there is an alternative…
Instead of forcing ourselves to keep up, we can re-learn how to operate within the natural rhythms of our own biology.
Human beings perform better, feel better and enjoy themselves more when they work in this way.
We call this operating in a High Performance Routine.
