Why do we need a HPR?

1

For 99.9% of our existence, humans lived and worked in a routine – active in the day and resting at night - our routines were powerfully shaped by the natural environment.

2

Fast forward to today and everything has changed.

We have become disconnected from these daily rhythms, and from each other.

Many of us work continuously, we often don’t see enough daylight, and too much light at night.

We are pinned to our desks, and dangerously sedentary.

3

Through no fault of our own, many of us have fallen into routines which we did not consciously design and which do not serve us.

We are distracted and exhausted.

However, there is an alternative…

4

Instead of forcing ourselves to keep up, we can re-learn how to operate within the natural rhythms of our own biology.

Human beings perform better, feel better and enjoy themselves more when they work in this way.

We call this operating in a high-performance routine.
